Thank you for shopping with Aeluri Formula. We take care in every product we send and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The outer box, seal, and contents must be intact and in new condition
• Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Items Not Eligible for Return
• Opened or used products
• Products returned after 14 days from delivery
• Sale or promotional items (unless otherwise stated)
• Gift cards
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at: Customer@aeluriformula.com
Include:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photos of the unopened product and packaging
We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received:
• a defective product, or
• an item you did not order
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• your order number
• photos of the product(s) and outer parcel
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We do not provide prepaid return labels
• Customers may choose the carrier of their choice
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
• Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after arrival at our facility
Only the product price will be refunded.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
International Orders (Singapore & Australia)
For international orders shipped from Korea:
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
• In the case of partial refunds, only the returned product value will be refunded
