Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries and regions: Asia-Pacific Australia Singapore North America United States Canada United Kingdom United Kingdom Europe Austria Belgium Finland France Germany Ireland Italy Netherlands Poland Spain Other Regions Russia We do not ship to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers. A valid street address is required at checkout.
Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment bases in South Korea or Australia, depending on product availability and destination. This approach allows us to maintain consistent quality control while supporting efficient delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated. Any free-shipping promotions or thresholds will be clearly indicated at checkout.

For international shipments:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may be subject to extended customs processing. Tracking updates may be limited once the parcel enters the destination country. By placing an order to these destinations, customers acknowledge that delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed.
Unclaimed or Returned Shipments
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or failure to collect the parcel: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Reshipment may be arranged once the item is returned, subject to additional shipping charges. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Order Weight and Shipping Restrictions
Orders may be subject to carrier weight or size limitations. If an order exceeds allowable limits, adjustments or order splitting may be required prior to shipment.
